Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Times Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees — actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery destination. Any applicable free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple Shipments If your order includes items from different categories (Home Decor, Kitchen, Educational Toys), it may arrive in more than one shipment. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
International Shipping At this time, please contact us directly to confirm international shipping availability and any applicable customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
